Riekert, Virginia Helen, 87, of Huntington Station, passed away on March 16, 2026.

Beloved wife of the late Jerry. Loving mother of Denise Murtagh, Robert, Jerry (Julie) and Ellen Pagano. Cherished grandmother of Krystal, Jennifer, Bobby, Jerry, Brian, Jaclyn, Jennifer, Steven, Paul, Lisa and Kevin, great-grandmother of Peyton, Colten, Owen, Finnley, Charlie and Emily. Devoted daughter of the late Robert and Helen Barry. Dear sister of Thomas and Robert Barry and the late Donald Barry. Visitation will be held at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Av., Huntington Station on Friday from 2-5 and 7-9 PM. Mass will be held Saturday at St. Hugh’s Church at 9:30 AM. Interment to follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
