Palmer, Robert H. “Bob”, age 90 of South Huntington, passed away on March 11, 2026.  Beloved husband of Betty for over 71 years. Loving father of Gary (Pamela), Scott, Nancy (Greg) Le Claire and the late Roy (Kelly). Cherished grandfather to Jessica (Christopher) Raynor, Tara (Alex) Ensley, Taylor Palmer, Jared Palmer, Erin (Conor) Dowd, Shaun (Rachel) Palmer, Shannon Palmer. Devoted great grandfather to Rylee, Reece, Isabelle, Gavin and Piper.  Dear brother of Audrey (Edward) Siegel. Bob was a great friend to a host of church family. Bob was a proud and devoted Cub and Boy Scout Leader for over 17 years.  Memorial visitation at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church at 1000 Washington Avenue, Plainview on Friday March 20 from 4-8 PM.  Funeral service at the church Saturday morning at 11 AM, followed by a luncheon.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bob’s name to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
