Robert E. Watt (d. 2017). Beloved mother of Christine Ambrosini (John Ambrosini) and Catherine McShane (Marc Danin). Adoring grandmother of Aidan, Colin, and Sean McShane and Marc and Kylie Danin; delighted great-grandmother of Emerald Ruane. Predeceased by her dear parents, Nicholas and Eugenia Loback; and brothers, Nicholas and Thomas Loback. Loving aunt and cousin; loyal friend; good neighbor. A Brooklyn native and graduate of Brooklyn College, Pauline was for 50 years a resident of Massapequa Park, NY, where, during her time as a substitute teacher at East Lake Elementary School, students would eagerly strive for admittance to Mrs. Watt's "1,000-Watt Club" for the well-behaved. Pauline later worked for more than a decade at Tapeswitch Corporation in Farmingdale. Skilled seamstress and quilter; talented cook and baker; avid reader; doyenne of detail; author of countless, caring letters and cards. Following a private cremation, a celebration of life for family and friends will be held at a later date.
