In loving memory of the most beautiful, funny and warm hearted soul. 

We announce the passing of Catherine (Cathy) Marie Chiques, age 68 years young. 

She was survived by her loving husband, Michael Chiques, whom she loved unconditionally for over 50 years; her children, Michael Chiques, Catherine Chiques and Laura Chiques that loved her more than words could ever do justice; and her 7 grandchildren, Colin, Finn, Brian, Mickey, Kingston, Bella and Lexie; whose love brought her so much joy and happiness. 

Her husband fell in love with her smile, and her ability to make all those in her presence laugh. She loved her husband more than anything in life. She was so proud of their marriage. Cathy knew she loved Mickey from the young age of 14. They are the most epic love story and the definition of soul mates. No measure of time could have ever been enough. 

They made a beautiful life together and had three children, that feel both honored and blessed to be such. She worked so hard to make everything in life special for them, and boy did she succeed. She embbodied pure love, intentional warmth and created memories to last them their entire lives. She was so incredibly loved by each one of them. 

Her grandchildren were blessed with the same honor and fortune, and they brought her more joy and love in her later years than she thought possible. 

She is loved, she is eternally remembered and she will never ever be forgotten. We will carry her love, her spirit, her energy and her jokes through life, and her memory will live on infinitely.

Rest in peace angel.
