Patricia Anne Dunne, age 84, of Huntington Station, N.Y., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, in Excel at Woodbury. N.Y.. She was born September 8, 1940 in Flushing, N.Y., daughter of Joseph I. C. And Mary (Whalen) Dunne. After graduating High School, Patricia followed in her mother’s footsteps and entered Nursing School.  She obtained her Registered Nursing License and went on to dedicate her life to helping others.  Once retired Patricia found her happy place among her dear friends at the Huntington Senior Center, playing bingo, taking water color classes, and sharing meals.  She cherished that social life for many joyful years with her friend Linda. Many friends and family were the recipients of her beautiful water color Christmas cards.

Patricia is preceded in death by her father Joseph I.C. Dunne, mother, Mary V. Dunne, and brothers Joseph A. and baby Donald. Survivors include her brother, Robert A. and sister-in-law, Joan M. Dunne, Floral City, Fl., and her most dearest niece Lauren Paladino, of Oakdale, N.Y. and her daughter Krista.  She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, as well as great grand nieces and nephews. We will forever cherish the memories we each have of her.
