On September 24 2023, Barbara Vigorito got her wings and was reunited in heaven with her beloved husband Jack Vigorito. Death had separated them 16 years ago but she always knew in her heart that one day they would be reunited again, traveling the world as they love to do. She died peacefully in her home at the age of 85. 

She is survived by her son, Francis (Frank) Vigorito and his wife Dina along with their son and her cherished grandson son David. She is also survived by her daughter Maria Vigorito-Lopez and her husband Daniel (Danny) Lopez. Barbara is so loved and will be missed by her many family members and dear friends.

Visitation will be on Thursday September 28, 2023 from 5pm - 9pm at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Mass will be held on Friday, September 29 at 9:30am at St. Hugh of Lincoln Roman Catholic Church, 21 East 9th St. Huntington Station, NY. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Famingdale NY.
