It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph F. Garcia on November 15, 2022. He died at home surrounded by his loving wife of 60 years, Dawn and his children, Cynthia, Joseph and Stephanie. He is survived by his grandchildren, Alexandra, Brennan, Ryan, Zachary, Avery and Sabrina, his fur grandchildren, especially his faithful companion, Tessie and family and friends too numerous to name here. Joseph served in the Army representing his nation on the front lines of the Korean War. He, along with his friend, Joseph A. Stallone, who pre-deceased him, were the founding partners of Garcia & Stallone, Esqs., a Melville based law firm, that diligently represented its clients from 1976 to 2017.
